Aspen Outsourcing has been born out of seeing a gap in the market for Veterinary specific virtual support. I love to see the silver linings, and if the Covid-19 Pandemic had one, I think it would be that we are all much more used to technology, and the idea that tasks can be completed remotely.

I love to get to know each of the practices I work with, and thoroughly love the Veterinary Industry, so although I may not be in the same building, that does not mean I care less.

When in practice in the traditional sense as a Practice Manager, I was often called upon to cover shortages on reception and nursing. Whilst some practices will see this as a benefit, it can often leave tasks uncompleted, or having to pay overtime hours to catch up.

With Aspen Outsourcing this isn't ever the case. The hours you pay for will be uninterrupted hours which we spend working on your business.

Aspen Outsourcing is fully insured, registered with HMRC, and I am happy to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement if you wish. Each practice is asked to sign a Terms of Business Agreement and a Data Processing Agreement at the start of our working relationship
